This product is everything you need in a vent. I love my unit. It's easy to install and clean...looks beautiful in my home.I damaged the remote and contacted the company to purchase my replacement. Emma, a customer service representative, responded immediately telling me the replacement is covered under their purchase policy. She promptly sent me the replacement remote. Kitchen 30 in range hood works great between unit buttons and remote BUT the motion sensors do NOT WORK. Turned the fan on to make sure that it was functional before install but forgot to check the motion sensors. Didn’t realize that it didn’t work until hood was already installed. Average noise level. Good strong fan. Timer has 9 minutes max and sometimes is not enough time to remove strong food smells. Functions great minus the motion sensors not working, hence 4/5!

I purchased the manual version of this fan but it sat in the box for months before we could instal it. Discovered the touch/remote version was sent. Most would love the upgrade. I just prefer manual. Many prefer automatic and/remote.I had left a review expressing my frustration. I am rewriting that review.The company contacted me and made it right.Upon installing the remote did not work and i stated that in my review. A new battery did allow it to work.I'd still prefer manual knobs but as i stated-- the company went above and beyond to make this purchase right and i am now a satisfied customer.It is apparent this company cares about customer satisfaction.It's not necessarily quiet. But i think it's because our previous fan was very quiet and to replace that fan would be $1k. A friend listened to this fan and said it's quieter than hers.Also-- i do like how this fan does not stick out past the cabinets. It is very slim fitting and it does suck up the steam and cooking smells well.

Hood vent looks beautiful in my kitchen, absorb the smoke and oder while cooking. Very bright LED lights!! I like the fact as soon as smoke hits the vent it automatically comes on. The customer service is great took care of all my questions and concerns. I recommend anybody to buy this hood vent you want regret it.

I was reluctant to buy it after I read the reviews, especially the lower ratings. I took a chance and ordered it. It was installed 2 days ago. Everything went smoothly and every feature worked. No damage, no irregularities and no difficulties. When my other one quits and this is still available at the time I’ll buy it again.I definitely recommend this unit

I'm updating my review.Although the motor bearing assembly broke only after 6 months and these things can happen, I must say that their customer service rep, particularly 'Emma' went out of her way to make things good. They quickly determined the problem and made the necessary arrangements to promptly send a new unit. I cannot express my sincere thanks enough to Emma for the professional service and wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. It's nice to know that you're dealing with a company that completely stands behind their products.
