What I dislike is the manual did not specify the voltage whether it was dual voltage or not, so for my region which is the Caribbean to be safe I used it with 110v.Overall it works well, if you are using it with a very thick htv vinyl you might encounter a little difficulty, if you are a beginner it is a great buy and a great price and easy to use. The size makes it easy to store and it's portable as well.

For anyone saying it doesn't heat evenly... you must be doing something wrong or not using the right settings. It's worked great for me every single time. Just make sure to have a piece of clothing to test settings on, because the settings will be a little different than what you would use on the cricut easy press
