This unit works great for dosa. I have been using it for years and the one I used almost everyday lost non stick coating bit. Still works fine, sometimes won't. So I ordered another one. Totally value for money. It's cheaper than fancy products which has similar life time. South Indian approved.

I had the smaller one of these, but for larger servings I had to use another 12 inch pan that started to lose its nonstick, even with care and not high cooking temperatures. The smaller IMUSA has never lost its nonstick ability, so I threw the crummy one in the garbage and bought this. Age and stature. It is such a great pan to cook with and it makes those Ross Dress For Less cheap pans look like the underwhelming pans that they are. Buy this and feel like you're working with decent equipment. Worth the price, and I'm the cheapest person I know.

The handle wiggles a little but I only purchased this to cook tortillas on so I can’t speak about how durable it is aside the handle. However, my life has gotten much easier now that I have a big enough pan to cook my oversized tortillas on. The only thing that’d make this better if it were cast iron.

I have been looking for a good crepe pan and this is it. With a crepe spatula, I'm able to make a good crepe each and every time (expect the first ones)! For some reason, lol, the first crepe in the pan has to get tossed...after that, every one comes out just the way I want them to. Washing this pan is a breeze, only hand wash, no dishwasher. Wash and dry once it cools down and it's ready to go for the next batch.

I like this pan, you can use it for so many different things, but I use it mostly for crepes.They back evenly, and it is easy to make them all the same thickness.No butter needed. Dishwasher save and easy to handle and clean.

This pan warped after a few uses. I am very careful with the heat settings with non stick surfaces and this pan won’t lay flat on burner and heat u evenly because of it. Too late for return so I will have to replace with better quality pan.

Lo uso solo para calentar tortillas y funciona excelente, se calienta muy rápido y las deja muy bien. Buena calidad, y buena resistencia. Muy buen antiadherente.

El mango es muy pasado en relación al comal, lo que ocasiona que el comal se deslice de la hornilla constantemente, pudiendo causar accidentes.
