HARMNEE PWM DC Motor Speed Controller
HARMNEE devotes to make easy-to use tools for DIY lovers. This controller adjusts motor speed by adjust output working voltage on motor. It can help you regulate motor real-time output power easily. Except for motor, it can also adjust light for lamp and temperature for heater etc.
This controller is an industrial grade DC motor speed controller. It is with a professional cooling fan on circuit board to help dissipate heat and keep in suitable working temperature. Switch is with CW and OFF and CCW 3 gears. 100k potentiometer help adjust output voltage accurately. Well-designed label guide you wire without obstacle. HARMNEE Controller Specification
Motor Power Recommend
HARMNEE motor speed controller applies to DC brush motor and need to match with DC power supply. It doesn’t fit for brushless motor or AC power supply.
HARMNEE motor controller is with rated current 60 amps and supports max current up to 100 amps. For motor, its starting current is several times of its rated current. To ensure security, the rated current of motor used should be no more than 60 amps. Recommended motor power is as below.
- 12V Motor within: 12V*60A=720W
- 24V Motor within: 24V*60A=1440W
- 36V Motor within: 36V*60A=2160W
- 48V Motor within: 48V*60A=2880W
- 50V Motor within: 50V*60A=3000W

The controller has powered my tailgate spreader thru 30 pallets of rock salt so far without fail. Not bad at all. The cost so far is about $2 per pallet considering the unit cost $60.

Great product, used it to power my trolling motor on my kayak and it functions just like it is intended to.

The controller didn't reverse the motor on first start up. Had to contact HARMNEE customer service.Update #1Company did respond and sent out another unit promptly. However, the replacement unit was the not correct one. I received the much less expensive version they sell for $29.99. I have contacted the company to try to get the exact model I purchased. I'll update again after I receive the correct unit.Update #2:I was able to fix the relay that was not closing on the Normally Closed position. I told the company representative the issue was solved and no need to send out another unit. If you have an issue, contact customer support.

This is set up in a power wheels Dune Racer, and as soon as you push the switch on, the motors move without even pushing the petal. Big Safety hazard. I’ll have to figure it why it sends voltage to the motors right away but it’s not something i expected to need to do.Update: it’s looking like it’s a faulty unit. It should not be putting out any voltage without any kind of input.

I got an old trolling motor working again by using this controller. Couldn't find original replacement parts due to age of motor but this controller did the trick. Easy to use and handles the needed power (I bought a cheaper one that burned up on the first use!) The control knob is a little small so I replaced it, but otherwise top knotch!

I used this to control a electric hydraulic power steering pump on a civic. I got rid of the mechanical pump and did this custom install. The problem was the pump was too fast. So I needed this to be able to adjust the speed of the pump lower. Unfortunately even at full speed the pump is too slow and feels like it's not even on. I took too long to install it Soni can't even return it. I'll have to find a better option.
