Pros, unique style with functional design. This arrives in several pieces, wrapped with padding, and you simply screw the pieces together. It is heavy, due to the piping, and i recommend hitting a stud, for 1-2 screws. The 4 stars is because it is painted, and there are rough edges. They could have deburred the metal. I like the white, roughed, aged look. You could easily paint it, if you prefer a different color in the future. Nice quality, right sized.

I purchased this toilet paper holder to update my bathroom, and overall, I’m very happy with it. Looks great in basements with piping all over. I installed this next to a basement toilet.Some tips:- Grease up the threads and test fit everything. Note which way is up on the four screws when everything is as tight as you can get it and mark the holes with a marker onto the surface. This was a bit tricky on a concrete wall since the bit drifted a little bit off center for each hole, but this wasn't really the fault of the product.- The table top is sturdy but the top cap had to be tightened pretty hard, and this ends up scratching some of the wood where the cap sits.- The wood top was dented here and there and while there is a note about this on the product page and the top was in bubble wrap, I would recommend to the seller a better method of protecting the wood in that case, as the bubble wrap is doing no good.

The various components are really well made and look amazing. My issue, and the reason I can't give a 5 star review is due to the incredibly difficult assembly. I feel like this product could have been MUCH better if anyone had tested the item themselves before marketing the product.
