I needed a simple way to check silver levels for water treatment. I am a chemist so I mixed up a solution of 1 PPM silver. These didn't show any silver in solution after trying several strips using the short method. I then diluted the solution to 0.1 PPM silver and used the more sensitive long method.. again, no silver measured. A waste of money and time.
