Heavy duty well made. Easy to build although it didn't come w/ instructions. My only wish would be it's a brown and was hoping it would be all black or Grey and black.

This rack is of very low quality and absolutely over-priced! The shelves are terribly cut and poorly stained pieces of low-grade wood that is not well-selected. Just look at the photos I have attached. The fasteners supplied are painted hex head bolts and not one of the 16 bolts had intact finish. See the photo for how these arrived. It is crucial to understand that the fasteners are exposed, and the bare metal is horrible! You don't see them in any of the advertisement's pictures. Moreover, the choice of hex head bolts leave a terrible look for the finished product. It should use round head cap screws at a minimum, but something flush would be fitting of the price. The metal ends look like they were welded on a bench because nothing is square. These should be fabricated in a jig for consistency and a quality finished product. Finally, the shelf was packaged in a way that doesn't protect the wire hangers for the stemware. As a result, over half were bent and misaligned. I could not be more disappointed in this product, and it's an unfortunate and inconvenient chore to return this.

Super great looking shelf. Wood shelf accent is beautiful and very sturdy.

There was a small problem with my order and they went out of their way to take care of it.The shelves are also great quality and look great on my wall!
