Quite happen, the individual functions (like the buzzer) can be individually wired and this is bright enough to identify state and loud enough to indicate in a relatively noisy small shop (electronics racks + power tools). Works exactly as described, and less expensive than something from mcmaster-carr. I'm happy.

I got this item for a noisy woodshop. Needed a visible indicator to clearly show the on/off status of a machine for safety reasons.What I like about this items:- Easy/simple wiring. Red/green/yellow wires do what you expect (LED control).- Uniform color, visible 180 degrees in all directions- Robust aluminum case- Waterproof (in my situation it's dustproof-ness that matters, and since it is waterproof, it is also dustproof)- Negligible power consumptionI am not using the buzzer, and it's great that it is wired separately, so the user can choose whether to use it or not. I might add a switch to tie it to the red LED on demand.Overall a great product, does what it should.
