How to Connection
USB
Connect the doc camera to PC via usb and power on, then long press the ONLINE button until the indicator flashing, PC will detect the doc camera and install driver automatically.
Launch the video conferencing app (such as ZOOM meeting, Face time), if the user’s device with camera, you may need to switch the camera to the name "SWT USB 2.0 Camera" in the setting.
HDMI/VGA
Doc camera can output the image to device through VGA/HDMI out port directly.
Combined with our softwares can realize more function.

I purchased this item for my classroom. My computer does not support the tiny CD that came with it. I contacted the company via email twice to request online access to the software needed. They have not responded. I spent $200 on a product I can’t even use.

It was great until about 3 weeks ago when it stopped connecting to my laptop. It will make a noise that it connects and then seconds later it disconnects. I’ve tried all three USB ports and they all get the issue, so it’s not my laptop. Only had it for 3 months and got it for a donors choose for my classroom.

So the software that comes with the Elmo was in Chinese and came as a cd rom but I did install Ipevo presenter as a chrome extension and the document camera works. You can zoom in, out, and record with WeVideo perfectly.
