I loved this baby monitor. After a year, the volume would turn itself entirely off and nothing would keep it on. It was as if the button was stuck on down, but it wasn’t pressed down. I ordered the monitor and it worked and a year later (almost exactly) and it’s just dead. Considering this alone costs more than some monitor systems with the camera and all, I cannot recommend this!I ordered another with the two year plan because at this point, I am not interested in finding a whole new camera set up since I have the wires buried in my wall and changing the set up just sounds not worth the effort. At least this time I have a two year coverage but I would not use this system ever again.

I’ve had three of these displays in three years. They just randomly stop working. Overall, It’s easy to pair with your existing camera system, so I like that ease factor. However, spending $100 bucks on JUST a new monitor (that doesn’t even come with the battery) is just no longer working for our family. I’d rather invest in a long lasting, reliable monitor set that will get us through multiple children.

This does not come with a battery. I could have used my old battery from my previous broken monitor but got a new one just in case. My monitor just died after 2 years of use and wouldn’t turn on at all one day. After reading forums this seems like a common problem with the monitors after a couple of years. Annoying you have to pay $100 for another one! But at least I didn’t have to buy a whole new one with the cameras that I don’t need.

Fantastic! Super easy to use. Have had it for over 3 years and have 2 cameras attaches. Video and audio quality are great. Love the standalone monitor so I don't have to give up my phone to view the kids like most wifi-monitors require.
