Quick intake adaptor conforms to any shape of intake / exhaust: Round, oval, square, rectangular and even severely angled and hard to reach intake / exhaust systems, while allowing vapor to pass through for fast diagnostics.

The inflatable block off bladder compatible with any automotive smoke machine leak detectors,easier to test intake and exhaust leaks quickly and precisely. It will work on any vehicle and light duty truck.

1. Close the Pressure Relief Valve(A) next to the Hand Pump(B).

2. Put the Rubber Component(C) into the intake opening.

3. Inflate the Rubber Component(C) by pressing the Hand Pump(B) till the intake opening is tightly sealed. Now the system is ready to test, introduce air/smoke into the system by plug the smoke nozzle into the Tube Opening(D).

4. After testing, pull off the smoke nozzle, release the inflated air by open the Pressure Relief Valve(A) next to the Hand Pump(B).

Notice:

1. Inflating is to seal the air inlet, it still can work as normal even if the inflated airbag is not a perfectly round.

2. Please make sure the diameter of intake/exhaust is bigger than 2".

3. Clean the inner wall of the intake opening while the Air Filter, and the Throttle connections are removed, so as not to scratch the adapter.

4. Clean the adapter for storage, avoid contact with corrosive liquids.

Using this to plug throttle body for smoke testing. Fills easily, expanded very well and blocked throttle body with an irregular shape perfectly. Have used several times on less curved throttle bodies with same perfect results. Seems well made and definitely holds pressure.

Makes using a smoke machine much easier. I used it to help find a vacuum leak on my car and to check the exhaust system for leaks. Takes away the need to pull vacuum line on vehicle to check for leaks.

I need med a new one and got this one, I don’t like it the pump on it is too small it’s kinda hard to squeeze to put pressure into it
