I purchased this pool and when I inflated it, there was a small leak in the lower ring. I contacted the company with my concerns. They immediately got a replacement sent to me and didn't even make me send the defective one back. They also gave me an extended warranty on the replacement. The customer service was extremely timely and took care of all my concerns. The replacement pool is up and running. I'm loving it. The grandkids love it. I would purchase from this company again for sure.

Fun for 3 days. Got a hole at the seam that could not be repaired. So sad that my granddaughter could not enjoy it more.

Was looking for something with shade and decent size for our little family of 3. This pool is great quality and the perfect little size. The canopy was a little confusing with the 2 smaller pieces just know that they go in where the roof would be. The light blue lines that run across the roof. Look on the top and there will be a little slit to slide it in! Took probably 30-45 min to fill up with the water hose! You will need a separate air pump to inflate! I got one for $15 at Walmart!

This Pool can easily Fit 3 large adults and 1 small child or if you have a tiny party, Multiple kids at once. Had a small problem with the drainage hole however the company was really fast to respond walking me through the process for days (fantastic customer service) they have made me feel at ease and even gave me another replacement for free :) I could ask for nothing better than the quality they have given

As someone mentioned, the whole driving factor for this pool is the canopy. The canopy I got seems too big for the pool and is loose to where it’s not flat but bowed in the middle. Also, there’s only 1 drain hole for the whole pool which makes draining take forever. I only had it half full and it took over an hour to drain. Overall, I don’t find this worth the price.

We've had lots of inflatable pools over the years (more than a dozen), and I can honestly say that this is the best one we've ever had. Excellent depth, curvatures, and shape, but where it really shines is *size* - it's right in the sweet spot for a family of three. (Not so big that it takes forever to fill and clean, not so small that we're crowding each other.) 10/10. Great customer service, too!

Ordered this pricey pool for Father’s Day and opened it the day of to begin backyard fun. Straight out of the box everything looked good except no pump to blow it up. They could be my fault for assuming it came with one but the details didn’t call out you need to buy a pump as well. Ran to store to buy a pump and get back to blow it up and IT HAS A HOLE on the bottom layer!!! I should’ve just packed it back up for a return but then father’s day plans would’ve been ruined. So we proceed to look for the repair patch that came with it and the 1st one didn’t have the patch attached only the wrapper as if it was used. The second patch fixed the issue BUT i should not be repairing any pool fresh out the box for this price !! Once it was blown up and filled it was great. The cup holder wasn’t deep enough to hold regular size drink or can but that was minor.
