I have about 20 sets of Injora wheels (1.0-1.9-2.2) and these are my first 1.3sJust like all the other wheel from them - no complaints.

The dirty tire is a 1.0 tire and the outer rings fit perfectly but the clean tire is a 1.3 and the outer rings fall in. The only thing that's 1.3 is the inner ring.
