Customer service was excellent! This was my first time using a DTF Printer so I knew nothing about it and definitely not how to set it up. Thank God for Fiona! She was very patient with me and walked me through everything. My first print was good. I will come back with an update.

Let me start with saying CUSTOMER SERVICE was the best 💯. It's my first time buying a dtf printer and the help was excellent thank you Michelle!!! The printing quality is not disappointing very good colors and fast printing and delivery was extremely fast I ordered it on the 8th received it on the 10th only 2 days! Came with a broken piece and they immediately sent me 3 replacements. I will definitely be buying my UV dtf printer with them!

The printer is the bomb not to mention the customer service dealing with internet issues due to the storms my tech was fantastic. Hope I get him all the time perfect help

tbh setting up this DTF printer was a little confusing at first (i mean, it’s my first one so maybe that’s on me lol). But once it was ready, holy cow it prints like a dream ðŸ˜. The print size is exactly what I needed for my projects, and the colors come out so crisp. If you’re a beginner like me, just be patient—it’s 100% worth it.

I was expecting this printer to take at least a week to arrive, but it showed up WAY sooner than I thought. We spent the weekend setting it up, and by Sunday night we were printing beautiful designs. It's legit faster than I imagined, and the prints are just... chef’s kiss 👌. Love it so far!!
