Cherry helped setup all the software and walked me through everything to get the printer running smoothly. I will update my review once I’ve used the printer a little more, but I was pleased with the little we used it during the start up process.

This printer has been working great, but after using it for a month, I ran into an issue where the printhead seemed to get stuck, and two buttons kept flashing. I tried holding down the buttons and turning the power off, but nothing worked. I contacted customer support, and during my conversation with Gloria, I learned that the issue was caused by a software overload. They offered video call support to walk me through fixing it, adjusted the printhead, and helped me reset the software. Within an hour, everything was working again. I'm really grateful for their expertise and quick resolution. This is an excellent printer with the best customer service.

I spent quite a bit on this machine, and it showed up in just three days. Customer service was super proactive and reached out whenever I ran into any issues. Everything's working great now, and I can finally get back to focusing on my business.

I totally love this printer. I have had for about 8 months now. Best support ever for any needs you may have and fast turn around time. Hands up that this printer will be the best for you DTF needs.
