Worked fine but didn't get axle shaft out because of square cut keeper ring.if you need a slide hammer to get yhe shaft out thete could be a problem. It's nice to use for quick removal but if it doesn't come out I've found aftermarket axles with square cut keeper rings. Be careful not to put to much power into slide hammer.

The construction is a bit cheap feeling, like good old Chinesium alloy, but so far it's held up surprisingly well. As far as function, this tool is definitely worth keeping in the box, because it will save you when you get those bs axles you can't access with a bar or hammer. It's a bit difficult to maneuver into tighter spaces, but when you get it in there, it works, no questions asked. Worth the money.

Pretty easy to use and it really does make a huge difference in time saving when you use the right tool. The only thing that would make it better is if it included the other part of the tool that holds the weight.

worked well on the last 2 gm fwd cars ive changed cv axles on, a couple wacks with 5lb slide hammer pulls them right out without much fighting! would recommend, i am a independent shop owner

Technically it was not designed for my car. 2017 Ford Escape 4WD but it did the trick when trying to get the rear axle's removed. Would not have gotten them off without this product.

Great looking tool. Was hoping to use it on my RZR to remove a rear axle, but there wasn't quite enough room. The price was right and will be added to my tool collection.
