First let me state that this horn has screws that are 3 1/2" on center, which is an exact replacement for the horn on my 2005 Bryant 236 deck boat. It is a very loud, somewhat strange buzzer sound with an underlying horn honk sound, almost like its producing them simultaneously. Seems well made and waterproofed and was straight forward to install. Comes with a gasket, with very sticky adhesive. The only thing I think could be improved is the stainless cover. It seems less quality than my original, but I reused mine and it too, was an exact fit. I'll update and correct the rating if it fails to live up to task. Otherwise, you can purchase with confidence.
