How to Set Up your Bingo Flashboard Controller
- Plug the HDMI cable to the controller and to the TV or monitor.
- Plug the Power Supply of the Bingo controller. Note that the power supply must be plugged in all through out the event.
- Turn on the Bingo Flashboard controller. Wait for it to load and show the display on the TV or monitor.
- After turning on the controller, wait for 10 seconds before pressing any buttons.
- START PLAYING BINGO!

Our Bingo Equipment at our Senior Center is 18 years old. Our flashboard has started to give us some problems, which become a concern. I spoke to a vendor who told me my equipment was too old to fix and parts were no longer available. The search began to find something that was affordable. The price I was quoted for the same piece of equipment was going to cost around $12,000. Another low end product with a flash board cost around $6000. We were devastated, because we don't have that type of money laying around. We just didn't know how we could keeping our bingo doors open. In our pursuit to find something more affordable, we came across Innovatronix Bingo Flashboard Controller US version, 75 balls. We found as much information as we could on this console. They did have a video online where they played bingo with a group of people. Our team discussed it among ourselves and we decided to purchase the component, we had nothing to lose. If it didn't work we had 30 days to send it back. The price was right. The features offered were more than what we were using today. Our Township donated a 65 inche TV to us which helped enormously. It is HDMI compatible, you can attached in to a smart TV, the unit calls the numbers, and than flashes the number called in the left hand corner, and places it on the grid. The grid looks like a bingo flash board, it shows the last 3 numbers called, and you can place your bingo pattern for that game on the console, which displays it in the right corner. If you choose to call the numbers yourself, then you shut the volume of the TV off. If you look at the cost of buying a piece of equipment $12,000 opposed to $1,000 which includes a TV and the component. One y ear warranty is included. Now you are probably saying what about support. Excellent, I had a dozen questions when we started to test the equipment and the responses was within two hours. I wrote to them at 1:00 a.m. in the morning. Two weeks later, I had several other questions, same turnaround and always giving me more information than I had asked for. Several question and answers I will share with you. Longevity - 10 years +/-, Woman's voice is the caller, women preferred a male voice, men didn't care, if you have more than 40 foot distance from the screen to the unit, you will have to put separators in. We have used this equipment two weeks and we are extremely happy with its performance. It is recognized by the State of New Jersey. We also, found another organization that is just starting out with bingo, with this piece of equipment, we went to see how they were using theirs, and it is quite impressive. For organizations, that have very little budget this is a piece of technology you will want to look at. We all love it and it is affordable.

Excellent change from the old cage of balls. Love it and great value for our senior citizens club. Only thing is it doesn’t void a column even if you put the game pattern in. Only complaint! It’s great.

The IT person at the nursing home followed all the instructions to the letter. Would love to get a refund but know that is not feasible at this point, the least I could expect is to have a new unit sent out. Contacted the Company waiting to hear what they have to say? But for now I would advise anyone not to purchase this unit.

Just a short note to let you know we used your unit for our seniors bi-monthly Bingo event and to make a few suggested features that would help tremendously. First, the ability to separate the sounds (voice calling and clicking wheel) as well as the ability to be able to adjust the sounds directly from the unit. The clicking is driving our participants mad! Additionally, it would be great to adjust the length of time between the clicking and actual number being called. It has added significant time to the process of each game. We feel your concept is great, but for the price of the unit, these additional requested features could have been added. I say that as someone who has worked with electronic engineering for years.

I purchased the electronic bingo game for our senior center at CASA Helotes. It replaced the noisy ping pong ball machine, a horse voice caller, and an antique whiteboard. What a delightful upgrade. Everyone loves it. Our attendance is up 30% in only 4 weeks. It takes about 5 minutes to set it up for each session. Training sessions take less than 5 minutes to show people how to use it. I rated it a 4 out of 5 because one time per game it fails to verbally call out the number. I highly recommend this product. You won’t be disappointed.
