This is a FANTASTIC TV, especially for the price!!! Sound is great, and the picture takes up the entire screen! I love the Firetv app options and the ease of switching from the apps to our Dish Network is awesome.Seriously good tv if you’re not looking for something over the top. Love it!!!

First, easy set up. 2nd, great picture. Very clear no matter the app I’m using so far. 3rd, I did buy the Alexa Pro remote to have access to the two programmable buttons. On all my other TVs I am firmly entrenched in the iOS ecosystem. I do have an Alexa device in each room of my house, so, we figured we would try out this tv for our bedroom. It took a bit to set up and sign in to all the apps I use on the regular, but once I did it was a mostly smooth transition.I like all the settings available and am still learning what works best for me. I especially like brings able to use voice commands to not only open apps, but to also pause, resume and even turn up the volume when I’m in the midst of doing daily chores. The tv speaker does a great job and we were surprised how solid the bass sounds during certain movies. My only issue is the inability to reprogram certain buttons on the remote for apps I will never use. A bit silly to have a useless button. This is an issue on the original remote included with the tv and the pro one too.I love the tv and don’t regret changing from Apple TV to Fire TV, especially since Apple has now enabled access to their app on other devices besides an Apple device.

I finally upgraded from my tiny 720p college TV and I have never loved watching TV more. High quality graphics and much more visible than the 32 inch one I had before. It was so easy to set up, super entertaining, and has an easy remote. I like that it turns off automatically when no one is watching for a long time, because the startup time for this TV is no more than 5-7 seconds, so it isn’t a pain and saves power! The TV also offers all the regular streaming platforms and YouTube for TV. Definitely a good investment, peep my cat watching us play Mario Party in the pic- she gives it 5 stars too.

This a 4K TV that has a very decent picture. The picture is very bright with great color.Don't expect anything more than a TV in this price range. The TV is very slow to load up and start. The remote is very laggy and will sometimes skip across several steps.Once loaded though and you've selected a source to watch, the experience is very good for a TV in this price range.I would recommend this TV to anyone on a budget, looking for a very decent TV.

So, I had a Samsung that decided to go to black screen. Wouldn't work so I turned to YouTube for tips. Nothing worked. Had another one my sister gave me. Bae and I set it up and we had TV...for one night. Then, it wouldn't work. Yet another black screen. After chatting with a rep at Samsung, he told me it would be cheaper for me to buy a new one than having the second one from 2018 serviced. Don't remember when I purchased the first one. My bae said a TV would be my Christmas present and I chose a Fire TV because I had a fire stick. Didn't want any issues. So, this beautiful baby came on Saturday, 12-07-24. Bae and I unboxed, plugged it in, Voilà! TV! Large Screen 55 awesome inches. Don't need the fire stick since the Insignia supports all apps that I need. Connected it to the WIFI easily and downloaded some apps. Others were synced from the firestick. The sound and color are sharp and clean. It was easy to register the TV without having to mail in a warranty card. The remote is simple and easy to use and doesn't require a Ph.D. So far, I'm loving it. No regrets purchasing my BBB TV. Happy Holidays!

Great 55 inch tv, good colors, good smart tv applications. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable TV that doesn’t break the bank, this is it! Accessibility for navigating streaming apps is a huge plus!

The image quality is not amazing but it’s good enough. Compared to my living room TV which has Dolby atmospheres this TV has lower image quality, however for $200 it’s still a good deal to have in the bedroom. Sound is decent, but I have external speakers so that’s not an issue. The OS is terrible, fire tv is full of ads and not super responsive, however I have an Apple TV hooked up to it and that solves those issues. It does take a few seconds to automatically switch to HDMI input when first turned on but that’s not a dealbreaker for a $200 tv.Overall a decent 55 inch display for $200 is still great deal for low frequency use. I wouldn’t buy a second one, but I’m competent with it.
