Oh this is a wonderful addition to my kitchen! It's beautiful AND useful! The water is hot or cool (depending on the handle one uses) and the fact that the water force can be regulated by the way you push the handle? Genius! When I fill a pot for coffee or lemonade etc., it fills quickly when I push backwards. For a cup of hot cocoa or tea, push forward and the water is dispensed slowly so it doesn't splash out of the cup! Wonderful product!

We like the way it looks. My wife finds it very easy to use. She did comment that it would be better if it would stay on until turned off. These things are not easy to install but it is doable. We would do the same thing again even though it is expensive.

Appears to be solidly constructed; installs easy - stock in hole and tighten; the tank is a little more work but that’s a different review. Looks good and the hot water is great

A solid, well built hot water dispenser faucet! I replaced the stock faucet that came with the Insinkerator Hot Water system. This is a nice upgrade that matched our kitchen sink faucet.

I purchases to use with my instant hot water tank that I also purchased on Amazon. It works perfectly and the installation was simple. I recommend if you’re going to install one of these instant hot water tanks you spend the money to purchase a new faucet. The hot water dispenser began to DRIP consistently, running water needlessly in the middle of a water shortage. When I phoned Amazon about the problem, I was told it is no longer under warranty, even though it is a five year warranty. I am reluctant to order anything from Amazon again.Lauren Field

I had purchased another style of hot water dispenser made by Insinkerator only to find that the post-to-spout distance was awkwardly short to reach my sink for filling anything. So I then replaced it with the Victorian model because the distance was stated as being an inch longer (it is). But the whole thing feels flimsy or fragile with that baseball bat-type lever. And I notice that the hot water continues to drip out for a few seconds after turning off the dispenser. The satin finish is a bit different from my satin finish faucet, but they are close enough. Each manufacturer has different color standards, I think. I will learn to love its idiosyncracies as it is one of my "can't live without" favorite gadgets.

Instant hot water at your kitchen sink is a nice addition while cooking and for coffee or tea!!Item is a little pricey but it is well built and will last for a long time. The convenience is great.
