Appears to be what was described. Construction seems solid and they have a good feel if not a little on the heavy side. The teeth are clean cut and the wheel moves along them well enough but I think they will improve with use . They feel, the teeth, like they need to be polished or run through a wash to make the wheel run smoother but for the money they can't be beat. The dial Gage us easy to read and is accurate so overall I'm happy with the purchase.
