Works great! I’m very satisfied. I was worried it might not be tight enough but it fits great.

Got this to help give me some supplemental support after I cracked a floating rib and started having a hard time maintaining good posture. It seemed fine the first time I used it, although it wanted to slide around until I shaved my stomach and put some double-sided tape on my sides to help hold it in place, but it started to fray a little bit by the second time I used it.It's not expensive so if you only need it for a few weeks for something like I needed it for, it's probably fine. If you want something you can use for a good while though, I'd spring for something better made.

I am normally right in-between a size Medium and size Large, but I purchased the Large sized belt and am glad that I did. I think the Medium would have been too tight. Like my Sphanx, this belt slims the over-all waist and keeps the flab from hanging over my belt. However, the top part od my stomach was still poking forwrad more than I would have liked. The all-synthetic fabric of this belt is much more comfortable and cooler than the cotton-blend of my Sphanx which can feel hot and scratchy. I was worried about sweating and itching issues as I have read that others have had them, but this was experience: On my first try it was a sweltering NYC Summer day and the humidity was really high. I felt like I wanted to scratch myself a lot for the first hour and then it wore off and I never felt itchy again - must have needed to "break it in". I noticed that whenever the breeze blew across my shirt, the area under my belt would feel cool and that was nice. The second time I wore it was to a garden party in 90 degree plus heat. I hardly noticed that I had it on, even in that heat, but the top part did keep rolling down a little, so I just folded the top part down effectively creating a double-layer band which had the bonus effect of squeezing in that troublesome top part of my stomach. And I never felt uncomfortable wearing it this way.

I have a 50 inch chest BUT I took a chance and ordered a size up. 3XL...!!It fit as expected. Not to tight but not lose.I will.wear this as "support my belly fat" only. It doesn't make you slender in one second but I can tell it's a fat supporting device.Remember, I'm 50 inch chest but ordered the 3XL !!! A 2XL would be too small...I like it!!!Plus, if you want to lose some belly fat you might ask a doctor what calories to lower per day!!P.S. It is not for hiding man boobs.. ;)I hope this helps and REMEMBER SIZING UP ONE SIZE FROM YOU MEASUREMENTS!! MAYBE TWO SIZES UP... THUMBS UP HERE....

I have no idea what this thing was supposed to be, but it surely wasn't what I expected. It was hard to get on, nearly impossible to breath with it on, and it rolled both up and down. It ended up in my trash can.

I don't know if this could be called a belt, it is more like a wrap around stretch slimmer than a belt. I purchased 3 different styles of this type product. A regular t shirt, a tank type and this one. They actually do work well, however of the 3 this one I don't care to much for. The top rolls down no matter what you do and it is very hard to put it on. I wear the other 2 quite a lot. They do help you look a bit slimmer. They will not flatten your stomach completely but they definitely help. I am a pretty big guy so maybe on someone smaller it would not roll so much.
