First, let me say when it works, this is a great little machine. I really like it but it is undependable. I've had four over the past year and a half, but they all do the same thing you go to brew coffee and all you get is the lights blinking a lot of noise and steam. I've dealt with Insta pot customer service, and they will replace it but without fail, the same thing would happen. I decided to purchase a brand new one and try it one more time hoping they fixed the problem, but the same thing just happened so I'm sending it back. This product should not be sold on Amazon because it is clear it is defective and they know it.

Great coffee pot. It offers everything bigger name brands do at half the cost. Makes great coffee fast, even has a bold button that I love.

Re InstaPot K-Pod single brewer. Starting about 6 months into owning it, making 2 cups of coffee per day at most, and the machine keeps asking to be De-scaled (flashing lights, refuses to brew the coffee). So, I go thru the De-Scaling process, and immediately it refuses to make coffee again. Repeat De-Scale again, Try again. Refuses to make coffee! I completely cleaned the entire unit to make sure no build up of coffee grinds. Same problem. After about 4 DeScales, it will work again for a few weeks then start back to refusing to brew again. Sad to say, I would NOT recommend this KPod coffee brewer to anyone. I am switching to another brand.

I purchased my coffee maker in October 2024 to replace one I had. I clean it regularly with vinegar and it always made good coffee. Yesterday it refused to work and control panel started flashing. I shut it off and restarted it and it brewed a cup of coffee. Today the same thing happened but it would not restart. I have attempted to call the Instant company at their customer support number but no answer. I will redo this review if the company stands behind their product, when I can get ahold of them.

Nice small footprint on your counter top. Truly brews a good strong cup of coffee if you so desire. All that is great but what’s truly great is customer service. After a month or so ours went south while making the mornings second cup of coffee. Reached out to customer support and got a very quick response with several trouble shooting suggestions. When those failed they got immediately back and after supplying them with a couple pieces of requested info, a brand new unit was shipped to me. You don’t get that kind of service just anywhere. We are forever fans for sure!
