I bought this for my teen son because sometimes he likes to switch it up for school. So he will warm up the food in the morning and then when lunch time hits his food is warm and good to eat. It also has a spoon attached at the top for convenience as well. This is also dishwasher safe!

Bought this for my daughters school lunch. Tried it out using boiling water to see how long it would stay warm. It far exceeded our expectations. It kept the water VERY HOT for over 10 hours. It slowly started cooling down ( after opening is several times to check temp). 24 hours later the water was still luke warm.I did pre-heat the thermos with water (which I think is important to do) and then dumped it out and put fresh boiling water in. If using for a kids lunch, I would heat up whatever you are filling it with and then let it cook to an acceptable temp for your kid before sealing it up. Today is first day using it for lunch so will update this review if things changed with actual food inside as opposed to just water

Well made, keeps everything hot for me from 7:30am until lunch at 3. The container covering, the colored part, is 100% not dishwasher safe. It flakes off after about a month of use. Still works great tho.

So I followed the instructions to fill this with hot water for a little bit before putting hot food in it. That trick works! My daughter likes to take soup in her lunch and she said it’s still hot and steam comes out when she opens it at school. Her lunch time is about five hours after I pack it. This is a great, compact thermos with a tight seal and even comes with its own little spoon.

My wife is a schoolteacher does not have the means to warm up any food during her lunchtime. This thermos has kept her hot food, hot, so she can enjoy the meal during her lunch at school. It works as well keeping the temperature at a steady temperature for several hours.

This is an awesome little thermos. It will hold a whole can of soup and will keep it warm for days if needed. It's stylish and compact. Fits in a lunchbox fairly easy. The folding spoon is great because there is no need to pack one. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.

I bought two of these for my kids to replace their school thermoses. One arrived perfect, and the other arrived dented and the spoon fastener was broken. I have no idea yet if the product keeps warm as indicated, but the reason I won’t return it is because I know they’ll get beat up worse then this within a couple weeks.
