I wasn’t sure if this thing was going to be very useful, but once I got it set up it was clear I was wrong! It allows you to customize the display screens that you have in your business in an easy and professional looking way. It really makes a big difference as far as overall customer impression when they look around and see a display or a menu or what have you with a sleek, modern look that just looks and feels professional. Well worth the hundred or so bucks in my opinion!

Unable to work as the USA server is not selectable option. It only allows China server to be selected and won’t move forward

I got the Link&Link digital signage box with the hopes of using it to play a short video on demand at our business via the included remote. Connecting it to a TV and the Internet is relatively trivial, but after that things got confusing. In order to accomplish much of anything, I had to install a Link&Link app on my phone, but it wasn't clear which one. After I got the correct app installed and connected to the signage box, the remote became disabled and functionless. As I don't want our employees connecting their phones to the signage box, this was a big problem, and my first clue that maybe this product is designed for something much different than I expected. That isn't to say that this isn't a highly capable device. Based on the manufacturer's website, the degree of functionality, customization, and automation that it's capable of are quite extensive. Unfortunately, I believe I'm simply in over my head technically. I tried to create an automatic playlist for it via the app, which would play a specific video once a day at a specific time, but I have so far failed to get it to work. There's apparently a web-based interface for populating it with content, too. They don't make it particularly obvious where it is or how it's accessed. The box requires a subscription to a service to do all that it's capable of, but at $1 per year I think we can justify the cost... assuming I ever figure out how the thing works.

Pros, Likes, and Features*Easy to hook up and get through setup*Like the concept, but the actual setup and functions to make it work isn't doing so well for me.Cons*Wants to charge for various things through the app*setup not very user friendly and I am still having a hard time getting things figured out with it and it working as I expect it to* App needs more development and needs to be simplified more for easier understanding and how to use it both.*Instructions are not at all easy to understand.I like the concept of this and it was easy to get its app and set it up. Getting updates, transferring pictures and videos is another story. Not having much luck getting anywhere after the initial setup and it wants to charge me for doing anything with it. Price was decent, Concept was good, but the product needs to be easier to use. Will mess with it and update more on my progress later to see where I can get with this.

This digital signage player is exactly what I am looking for, I can upload the pictures and videos I want to play to the TV through the App. Very easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and set up. I think it’s suitable for small businesses. Just need to note that when registering, select the American server, then follow the directions on screen and scan the code and add it. I didn't understand how to open the files in the USB stick at first, it turns out that the firmware needs to be upgraded to the latest version before it can be used. In short, everything is perfect so far.

I've been messing with this for a few days and I can't figure it out it as looks like the signage portion is an afterthought of a home control system. The help files are barely there, nothing makes any sense and feedback you're lucky if you'll ever see a bit of that as the websites are hard to navigate. The whole thing it's just a rather large disaster area. That part sucks because I was looking forward to something that would do what it said but then immediately it wanted to charge me 99 cents for one screen for a year even though it said no further charges? Then we move on to the firmware which allegedly needed an upgrade and according to the numbers it did but when I tried to do it repeatedly I kept getting an error message. I filled out a feedback ticket on it still haven't heard anything about that because allegedly I would be able to get the URL to be able to manually download and install it. Today I go and check in magically without the app running at all I've already got the new latest version that I was trying to get in there in the first place? They were statements about feature-rich templates and this whole thing none of it turns out to be true that I can fight this has been so hard to get running I found at least four other software packages that would work far better without all these hassles they're made for signs that's what they do that's all you need. I don't need another Google home that also can display things to one monitor did it just isn't practical or necessary. So my ratings have been generous only because it really won't let you put zeros in, which is something I would really like to do oh well, another paperweight...
