12-13-24 UPDATE: BROKE!!! It only worked once and stopped working the second time I tried to use it!!! 🤦â€â™€ï¸ I wanted to quiet the cats down so shut it off and set it on the counter. Half hour later took it and turned it on. The cats were at my feet waiting for it so excited but when I set it down, it only lit up. Tried the different modes and just added a little noise and shaking no movement like before. Thinking it was needing a charge, I tried that. It lit up red supposedly meaning fully charged but nope! Tried charging it again and still no luck. The cats were so excited to play with it again, one even jumped on the counter and batted it. Poor kitties!I still tried to see if they would play with it just lit up but not moving and they both batted at it trying to get it to play but got bored when it did nothing.I tried to charge it again the next day but it wouldn’t work still.It was just terrific for the first 15 minutes and they were enthralled. We are all so disappointed.I hope others have better luck.INITIAL REVIEW:Came fully charged with ability to recharge (cord included). Several different modes and my cats are captivated! This toy has a mind of its own and doesn’t get stuck in corners or by objects. Wiggles free and takes off. Then it’s quiet and doesn’t move so cats are sneaking up to pounce then it jumps to life!! I have a video to download but tapping on “Share a video…†will not open for me to share. 😾It took weeks to get here or I’d order several for Christmas gifts.

The cats love these balls but the charge on the only lasts about 5 minutes. It is good that there are 3 since one will no longer charge and I have to use the other 2 just to keep them entertained

I got this for my indoor cats. I plugged it in and I could see the red light on, indicating it is being charged. After it was charged, I assembled the partial ring with the tail and NO GO! I tried several times to recharge it, turn on the start button. Nothing. I started a return and I was really sad because this was supposed to give me some relief from my loving fur babies who are eager to help me wrap presents...This morning, I am packing this up to return and I popped one end lose to losen the tail, and the thing started working! I then thought to remove the entire tail, and swap the sides and viola! It is working! Cats are happy, I am happy to not have to return anything, and even the pomeranian is after it! It is a fun toy. Recommend, but give it some trial before saying it is faulty, like mine. There were no directions included.

What I mean is:Functionality: We just got a kitten and he loves it. The sound of the click excites him. IT was the perfect toy to keep a kitten distracted for hours a day and even during dinner time so they dont try to eat your food.Durability: This toy died 45 days after use. For a 22 dollar product this is kind of ridiculous.Overall I was expecting more from this. Sad this can no longer be refunded. I'll change my rating if the company reaches out.

My cat, Buddy, loves his ball. In fact it is his favorite toy. I wish the charge lasted longer.

These toys are cute and my cats love them, or did at first. They would chase and run and jump just like in the video’s. Now they just sit and watch them roll around. The toys also have and affinity for furniture. They will go under the furniture and get stuck. If you are in the room when it happens that’s not too bad, but if you have left the cat(s) to play alone. You can spend a lot of time later trying to find where the sneaky toys have hidden themselves this time. We purchased two sets of three and there was one ball in both sets that didn’t work out of the box. One would not take a charge, and the other worked for one charge only then wound not take a charge. No problem, replacements were sent out quickly, but it was the same with the replacements. There is an issue with the quality control. It’s a shame because these are cute toys. If we wait a week and then bring them out again, the cats will chase them and play again. On a side note, they do like to pick up hair and things on the floor/carpet that gets wrapped around the axle area. No problem, you can gently pry the string yoke off and remove it. They get real slow if the buildup gets to be too much.Follow on review...of the 9 balls purchased, only 2 renain working, all the others have died. Either won't take a charge, or won't turn on. I am changing my rating to 1 star.
