We actually purchased this back in December. I wanted to give it a few months before writing a review. This toy is awesome. We don’t bring it out daily but when we do they both hop into action. Only thing I found confusing was in the description it says “yellow light†and our is green but that’s not really an issue. Oh and shipping took several weeks but Im not certain that’s was the fault of amazon or the third party seller. Either way we are satisfied with the product.

It does not roll like it is supposed to. Only moves in a 3 inch space. This took a few weeks to arrive. Boxes were crushed and the string for the end frayed. I have bought several balls like this from other companies and was happy with their product. I will not buy this again.

I love this toy. It's zippy and funny and what I had hoped for. However, the first setting is way too much zip for my 10 year old cat. He's interested by the movement, but ultimately afraid of the unpredictability of the direction. It scurries around like you would expect a trapped rodent would. Had I started it out on the 3rd setting, maybe my cat would have engaged with it better.It works well on carpeted floors.It has thankfully made its own way out when it goes under hard to reach areas. (It went under my upright freezer)The charge seems to last an adequate amount of time.It does gather up hair in the wheel mechanism, but is easy to clear out.It took forever to get here (about a month from cucamonga, Cali) and still doesnt register that I have received it.My cat is afraid of it, thus the 4 out of 5 rating.

This is a great cat toy. Our cat is eight months old and I wish we found it earlier.. it is easy to charge and has different settings to choose from. I bet your cat will love it too.

My cats absolutely love this toy. It's also easy to clean hair out if it gets in it! If the shipping wasn't so high I would buy more of them right now. However, I will need to wait. Also, they gave me a cute keychain as a thank you gift. Thank you.

This toy was too loud and aggressive for my cat. She ran from it and never came back to play..

No way to charge and doesn’t run on a rug or bare floor. Disappointing

My cat loves this product and it gets her moving in the cold winter months. However, the string gets wrapped around the ball sometimes and then it gets stuck and stops. The inactivity makes it turn off. It’s OK as long as you are there to untangle it and get it going again. Wouldn’t work to turn it on before you left the house.
