I have to admit, after all the struggle and money wasted trying to find a regulator at a decent price I am so glad I found this. It works perfectly. It didn’t even leak at all when I screwed it on. Just make sure to screw the adapter to the regulator first. Very very happy with this purchase.

Not sure what that hole on the side is for but it leaks constantly. Called some brew company's that fill these tanks and none of them know what that hole would be for. I'm just going to weld it. Not happy with the product. For some stupid reason Amazon's looking for something specific doesn't work anymore.

I attached this to a 24oz tippman Co2 tank, then screw on the cheap fluval regulator on to the male threads. Works great and the 24oz is a fraction of the cost to refill and lasts way longer. Make sure you use plumber's tape for the threads and make sure they are tight.

It fits. Bought this to convert a paintball canister to Fluval 45g co2 kit. And it fit perfectly. Just make sure you attach this to the regulator first as it will release gas if you attach this to the canister first

The item I received looks nothing like the listing photo and is not made to fit a paintball tank. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.
