  • Converts CGA 320 to paintball tank
  • Enhanced safety feature: pressure relief hole relieves overpressure when detaching the adapter from CO2 cylinder
  • Anodized aluminum construction
  • Perfect CO2 solution for portable draft setups
  • Max OP 1800 PSI

With this interstate pneumatics adapter you can convert your CO2 pin valve paint ball tank to a standard CGA 320 male fitting. Allowing you to attach a CO2 regulator with CGA 320 thread to a paintball CO2 cylinder. Allows you to convert a paintball tank to a large CO2 cylinder (CGA320). Warning: CO2 can cause injury (suffocation and Asphyxiation) or death, ventilate the area before entering. CO2 is stored at very pressure and a liquid CO2 is at cryogenic temperatures which can cause injury, burn, explosion, or death. CO2 should be handled by a trained professional and extreme caution should be taken when dealing with CO2. For safety always wear protective gear.

Unlike others, I had no problems using this to convert a paintball tank to CGA320 which was then used to refill sodastream cylinders (yes, I have a paintball-to-sodastream adapter, this is just so that I can refill the sodastream tanks to keep as emergency cylinders for when I use up the last paintball tank).Give it a few wraps of teflon tape on the CGA320 threads for good measure, a little bit of a wrench ("click!"), and it fits very well into the sodastream refill kit. It'll stay permanently attached to my refill kit, so no comments on the o-ring longevity or repeatability of fit... but it does exactly what I need with no leakage.

Unfortunately my unit's pressure relief valve is not drilled close to the bottom like that pictured. My relief hole is right next to the inside seat where the tank seals. When screwing in the tank, the tank valve is opened before the relief hole is sealed, thereby making it impossible to fully seat the tank. I blew the contents of a 12 oz tank trying it for the first time and YES, I DID put the adapter onto the regulator before screwing the tank into the adapter. I've submitted a return request to Interstate Pneumatics. Hopefully they will honor it and replace with a good unit, and this post will warn others before they fix their manufacturing process.UPDATE (4/3/2015): In a better late than never story, the vendor contact me and acknowledged some previous manufacturing defects. They are shipping out a new unit. I will submit another update upon receiving and confirming the functionality.UPDATE (4/10/2015): The new unit arrived and it works perfectly. Kudos to Interstate Pneumatics for making good on the original defective unit.

Ordered this to adapt a to a . There is a small hole in the side of this "adaptor" that will never be covered due to being located at the end of the internal threads. With the paintball canister screwed in all the way, the hole lets the CO2 out of the canister. I tried a O-ring, then a home-made flat ring from a thin sheet of silicone rubber. The O-ring was too thick, and the canister didn't go down far enough to depress the release pin. The flat ring didn't stop the leak. I'm not really sure why they claim this will work. I'm going to try to fill that hole with epoxy and drill a new one further up into the threads where it will be sealed, and also use teflon pipe tape to seal the threads. Based on my experience so far I expect to end up in the emergency room before this is done.Edit Next Day: OK. I've cooled off a bit. I sealed the bleed-off hole in the adaptor. After that the remaining minor leakage was fixed by using teflon thread seal tape on both ends of the adaptor. Everything seems to be doing fine. I cannot advise you to modify this yourself due to the obvious liability issues. High pressure pneumatics can be very dangerous. The hole I plugged (I believe) is intended to allow back pressure from the system to bleed off while you are unscrewing the tank from the adaptor (to refill it for example). The pressure must be released before the unscrewing reaches the end of the threads, or that pressure may cause an overly energetic separation (break your bones). Be careful, but also be advised that the adaptor that was delivered to me IS NOT compatible (as is) with the Empire tank. OK?

I'm using this for a planted aquarium and I'm using this to connect to a Tippman 24 oz CO2 tank and attach to a and its working great.Few things to get it working.Make sure to use the washers it comes with. One should be placed between regulator and adapter.Use teflon tape around the male end of the adapter and also of the CO2 tank. (not too much, just one circumference worth)Lastly and most important attach the adapter to the regulator before connecting the CO2 tank.and that's it!

I used on a 12oz Paintball co2 cylinder and Im not sure if I was supposed to use thread tape or not... But the gas leaked out of through the adapter. There could have been user error, but I'm not completely sure.

Works great to hook a paintball style CO2 tank to a kegging system. Perfect for an emergency back-up tank or if you're taking a smaller keg on the go. Hooked everything up and was leak free, although (after reading reviews) I also purchased some paintball tank o-rings to drop in this if a leak was occurring. So far so good without them though. Not a huge fan of the bright blue color and seems a little pricey for what it is so I took away one star. The guys in my paintball pro-shop that I get tanks filled in were able to throw together about the same thing for a couple dollars... So you're paying for convinence I suppose.

I needed a back up for my regular co2 tank that I use for homebrewing. I didnt realize I needed an o ring, but the teflon tape has been ok. I put a lot on!

Quedó perfecto, aun no lo pruebo pero todo se ve bien. Usé un tanque de gotcha Tippman de 20 onzas.

Works perfectly for connecting a paintball tank to a cga 320 regulator (aka co2 reg) do not use teflon tape! Use either a nylon washer or fiber washer

Me gustó mucho, ajusta perfectamente con el tanque que estoy usando, es ligero pero muy resistente, es un producto increible.
