Very easy to assemble. Durable. We put it on our deck for summer and was great! It is stored away now for winter so I’m interested in seeing how it holds up for next summer

Edit: customer service took care of the pool liner. No other leaks.The pool was delivered several days after the filters, and by different carriers. After setting the pool up and starting to fill, I notice a leak on the side wall and significant water coming from under the pool in a different area from the sidewall hole. I have had the same pool before and did not have holes/leaks after set up. This is not an item I want to lug to the UPS store to get a refund or replacement for. Hoping for better customer service then the pool is.

Pool setup was relatively easy solo. Mine came with one very small leak, but it's not enough to cause any real issues and the pool came with repair patches. Due to the size, it's definitely not worth taking down and returning.I would have given this 4 stars due to the minor leak, but the seller went above and beyond rectifying a shipping issue! Fedex lost the item in transit (it still shows as "delayed" almost a month later). The seller, without prompting, noted the delay and contacted Fedex to open an investigation into the missing package. When there was no update after a couple of days, they were more than happy to ship me a new item at my request. In addition, communication from them was excellent, with updates letting me know the item would be shipped in two shipments and contacting me about the delay. Their customer service was truly appreciated, and is the kind of customer service less and less often seen. Thank you!

I love this pool! And the customer service is amazing! The pump stopped working a few weeks in and they sent out another that arrived next day. I have never had such amazing customer service. They were quick to respond and really cared about my issue.

I have not put this up. 2 big but the seller was great. Thru still take in back. I will order a smaller pool
