I just bought this and set it up because I was tired of water bottles and didn't want to put microplastics in my body and contribute to waste. The set up process was laborious for the first time, but the instructions were clear, the water ended up tasting so good. I'm legit surprise because I am a huge water drinker--I've drunk so many brands (mostly alkaline when I can afford it) and this filtration system tastes so clean. I love that I will save money and not have to worry about running to the store for more water every 2 or 3 days!!!! I love that I'm doing something good for myself.

After this review was posted, the manufacturer's Customer Service Department immediately reached out to apologize and let me know that they had issued a full refund. I really appreciate their immediate response to my concern, and hope they are able to resolve the leakage problem. I've added a star because they're a great company to deal with.First, this is a great concept. I've been advised by my ENT to drink alkaline water to reduce reflux but don't like the expense (to my wallet or the environment) of buying the water in single use plastic bottles. I was excited when I learned about this method. The water tastes fine but, like many other customers, I'm finding that the spigot leaks no matter what I do. I'm careful not to overfill the receptacle and I ensured that the first spigot was installed and tightened correctly. When it continued to leak, I installed the second spigot that came with the unit. It is still leaking after the first use. I used a PUR dispenser before this with no problem. I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't find a way to fix this problem, particularly considering the many complaints about it. I'll probably wind up going back to PUR and regular filtered water rather than constantly risking water leaks.

I am really enjoying my water filter. I would caution people to follow the directions exactly as they are written. The directions were very helpful in my assembling the product. It works great and I would highly recommend it.

* Can customer support please contact me regarding the filter issue?*We had been using the Santevia filter system for the past three years and decided to switch to a different water filter system that took up less space. I chose the Invigorated Water system because it looks sleek, easy to clean, more cost effective, and takes up less counter space. So far, it has lived up to expectations with one major exception that my filters seem to be faulty. I soaked, rinsed, and assembled the water filter system according to the provided instructions. Two of the filters sounded and felt like the sediments inside were displaced and had clumped together. When put to use, the filters performed poorly. Water flowed freely through the filters providing zero filtration time. I would really like to give this company a chance and would greatly appreciate speaking with a representative about how to resolve the issues I’m experiencing with the filters.

I bought in July 22 after becoming sick of our brita, then we tried zero water which tasted TERRIBLE! This is the best tasting filtered water I have ever had. It filters quick, large reservoir making it easy for a family of four to drink from without having to fill it up all the time. The filters last a long time as well and compared to other brands are reasonably priced! The only down side is it’s too big to fit in our fridge so we get room temp water all year long but that is better for digestion anyway.

Besides the taste which is a big bonus! The size of the container def helps. Easy to set up. No leaks...now don't over fill the top resevoir I did that and...learned the hard way way lol. It does take long for water to filter.As I said in the title even when it came to water bottles my kids prefer water bottle too and I tested both (water and tap) this product right here makes my water taste high quality. Thank you soo much for making a system I can finally use and drink more water. I don't regret my purchase

este filtro lo compré como segundo filtro antes de beber el agua de llave, ya que tengo uno instalado en la llave sin embargo el agua aun sabia a cloro, con este filtro se le ha eliminado el sabor a cloro en un 90-95% por lo que da mas confianza de beberse

Je suis vraiment satisfaite! Le filtre standard a augmenté l'alcalinité de mon eau de robinet de 3 unités (pH), passant de 6,5 à 9,5. Auparavant, je devais acheter des gallons d'eau de source à chaque semaine. Ce n'est plus nécessaire maintenant. Je vais désormais économiser près de 600$ par année!
