I am a review reader … then if I purchase an item .. I scratch my head with people’s inaccurate reviews.1. It is very well made the stand is sturdy it did not require using a screw driver the 2 pieces fit together. It has little grip tabs to place on the bottom of the stand to make it secure not wobbly and won’t slide about .2. The glass container is thick heavy glass NOT thin.I was actually shocked at the heaviness of the glass.3. The booklet is very detailed and very easy to follow (some one said it wasn’t ) it has written words AND pictures to follow … with a lot of info about how to figure how often to change the filter.4. The filter is easy to use and easy to put in the container that holds the water to filter in.5. The bamboo lid may be a maybe / maybe not a tad off but I really think it is fine and covers the water tank easily not worried about anything getting in the water .6. The water filters through really quick.THE TASTE:*The water is almost silky to the taste and the way it feels in your mouth it’s almost weird feeling but not in a bad way! Lol No after taste .. the water just taste plan good !THE ONE DOWN SIDE:* I will say I had the same issue with leaking I read where some one turned the spout 360’ a few times and it seem to help . I have done that it does seem to help.I think the plug that is already on the container is kinda soft and maybe that is the issue .. I don’t know .. hopefully the turning of spout seems to help. The leak is my ONLY complaint !*it come with 3 spouts .. 2 plastic and 1 metal.. it has extra of the plugs with each one …Today I did a taste test … I poured tap water in one cup and one with the recharge water .. I switched them about and had no idea which was what and it was no guess which was the Ph water . The tap water had a taste that was no doubt not the right one !There may be more good things but these are the highlights . I am glad I purchased itFinally I sent a message to the company about the leaky spout they are sending me another one … not sure if I will need it or if it will really be any different but I will have another for back up! I hope the turning the spout has solved the debacle !If you can get past the leak and are wanting to change your drinking water for the price this is for you !UPDATE 8/7/2024Severe problem with water leakage out of SpicketI have replacements hoping replacing will work .. this almost a year from purchase . I still love the product I just wish there was something that can be done with the drippy leaky water spicket!Just wanted to give an update! It drained completely over night and I am keeping the filter I water (actually) filtering weather into some containers for use during the day for drinking and etc.I still love it but I may have to purchase a new filter not sure if over night it dried out and not working 100% .. hoping my husband can replace it and maybe get it a better seal !

We purchased one 2 years ago after my doctor recommended PH balance water after surgery. We absolutely loved it. So when we bought a new home we wanted another one to have there. Unfortunately the first purchase came with plastic protective that was clearly opened with a sticker that read, if this plastic protective has been opened please do not use. So we easily returned it to Amazon and purchased another one. Unfortunately that one came with the plastic opened as well. I really want to try this again and purchase another one because we love it so much, fingers crossed this won’t happen a 3rd time. The unit is good looking, easy to use and the water tastes really good!

Product looks great and works great set up took a little bit of time but overall happy with the way that it looks on my countertops and all of the things it filters out of the water. One thing I didn’t think about when purchasing it is that the in upper section that holds water before it filters through is still plastic as well as the filter itself. So not 100% avoiding a plastic container here however, the section that it sits in majority of the time is pure glass and looks very nice like a party display water container.

We bought this so that we aren't drinking all the bad things in the tap water and it's a good size for my husband and I, we fill it probably twice a week or less, it looks nice out on the counter & the water tastes great. I don't notice a different taste than our tap water, but we live in a state with really good water anyway. Easy to use and set up but make sure to follow the directions. It did leak at first, but ever since we made sure the nut was super tight, no leaks at all! I am happy to have not had to spend $400 on a Berkey which I guess isn't super great for you anyway. I say go for it!

Beautiful design. No Flaws. No leaks. Filters fast and a large amount of water. Easy to assemble. Water tastes great! High enough to sit my teapot kettle below spout and a fairly tall glass. Looks and functions beautifully! Absolutely love it! Canadian customer. I've had the Santevia one before and I like this one much better.

I wish I would have bought it before. The water tastes so so good. I could not be happier. The look of it is also spot on. I highly recommend this product. Very good quality.

+ Der Filter tut was er soll. Habe bisher Wasser aus Flaschen gekauft, da in dem Haus wo ich wohne alte Leitungen liegen (nach längerer Nichtbenutzung kommt es rot aus der Leitung, Geschmack ist grausam). Jetzt trinke ich das Wasser nicht nur, sondern benutze es auch zum Befüllen meiner Kaffemaschine!+ Fassungsvermögen von max. 4-5l (Filter ragt ins Wasser) oder effektiv 2-3l (Filter über dem Wasser)+ Wasser berührt nur Glas, Auslauf und Dichtung (nach dem Filtern möglichst wenig Kontakt zum Plastik)+ Designo Das in anderen Bewertungen bemängelte Tropfen des Filters ist nicht mehr vorhanden, im Lieferumfang liegen zwei Ausläufe bei - mind. einer sollte dicht sein ;)o Ca. 0,5-1l Wasser bleibt unterhalb des Auslaufs zurück, dadurch verringert sich das Fassungsvermögen zwar, evtl. Schwebebestandteile des Wassers bleiben aber auch zurück (vielleicht bewusst)o Der Standfuß kommt unmontiert und es wird ein Kreuz-Schraubenzieher zur Befestigung der Beine mit Schrauben benötigt- Plastik im Filterbecken und um den Filter selbst, ein Filterbecken aus Glas würde ich sehr bevorzugen allerdings ist das Wasser nur während des Filterdurchlaufs mit Plastik im Kontakt (siehe oben)- Preislich ist das Produkt mit fast 100€ sehr teuer, allerdings bekommt man dafür ein ansehnliches und funktionales Produkt und spart sich (in meinem Fall) den teuren Wasserflaschenkauf. Der Preis für die Filter liegt, heruntergereichter auf die Filterleistung, auf dem Niveau der Konkurrenz.Fazit: Insbesondere im Vergleich zu Wasserfiltern von anderen Herstellern (z.B. Brita, No-Name) überzeugt der Filter durch Design, Material (viel Glas), Größe (gute 3l) und Filterleistung (über 350l laut Hersteller). Die in anderen Bewertungen angesprochenen Probleme wurden allesamt behoben mit der neuen Version. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

The item arrived with missing pieces needed to assemble the item. The plastic seal was also broken and the glass was chipped. It's easy to see this is a really poorly put together product that is using branding to sell above product quality.
