This collar is excellent and exactly what we need to give our pups freedom out in the country. We have had this collar for 3 months now and it has been working great, also we have a doggy door and so far have not had any issues with leaving it on them to go in and out. We have designer breed mutts... 100lbs and 50lbs.1) Custom service is truly great!2) This was so easy to set up. The only issue we had was setting the center point while having the memory function on, it kept beeping. You need to set the center point then the memory function. Customer service helped me figure it out.3) Works in the woods, in a deep valley! It is picking up enough satellites, even when I set it up directly underneath the trees.4) The Battery life is far superior, it lasts several days without a charge. The other one we have needs charged every night, this one seems to last at least 4-5 days, depending on how much it is used.5) A huge bonus is the shock points are removable! After doing a good bit of research, I purchased this collar for my dog. Immediately after going to the app and trying to set it up, the collar failed to set up. After trying to troubleshoot, I reached out to customer service, the technician told me there was nothing he could do; there was no way he could help remotely, that he didn’t really know anything about this new collar and offered no guidance. I immediately returned. Don’t waste your time!

This device is perfect’ I honestly didn’t know that there was even an electric fence without the actual wire that would need to be barried. The set up was pretty simple and my dog picked up on her boundaries fairly quick! I am so pleased with this product so far! I just hope the collar can withstand a super active dog, but so far I’m very happy

I had a little difficulty getting it set up but went outside and it seemed to help speed it up. You need a large enough yard to set up boundaries. I reset the boundaries a couple of times. It all takes a little effort but overall seems easy. I'm concerned about the battery life. It said 100% but went down quickly initially. I'll update the review after I use it some.Updated review:Overall I had to exchange my first one for a new one because I kept getting a server error. My second one didn't set up seamlessly but it was pretty good and because I had already set my account up some of my features saved. I did Reach Out to invisible fence for assistance and they sent me some instructions but the instructions did not help in fixing my errors

After conducting a thorough evaluation of the various GPS Dog Collars available on the market, I ultimately decided to go with the Invisible Fence. My main goal was to ensure the safety of my dog within my property boundaries, preventing any potential encounters with motor vehicles, similar to what happened to our unfortunate cat.The installation process was simple and I did not encounter any issues. However, my dog managed to find a way to escape. It turned out that I had mistakenly placed a post under some trees, causing interference with the GPS signal. In an effort to correct this, I revisited the app to adjust the post positions, which unfortunately led to unexpected complications.When attempting to modify the posts, I received an error message stating, “Something Went Wrong. Connection to the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.†This issue persisted for a day and a half until I reached out to customer service. I was informed by Nicole about a global computer system failure. Despite speaking with four other representatives, it was Terri who truly stood out with her exceptional assistance.Unfortunately, my problems remained unresolved, prompting me to return the unit to Amazon. This decision was not a reflection of the product's quality, but rather a result of the system malfunction during the crash, which I believe affected the unit's functionality. If you decide to invest in this product, you can be assured that the customer service provided is truly outstanding.
