We had purchased the pitching machine for my grandson’s birthday and he really enjoyed it alot. My grandson who lives out of town hasn’t played with it since his birthday in Aug. My grandson came back in on Christmas and he wanted to play with the pitching machine again but the red ball feeder didn’t work. I thought maybe it was batteries so I changed them to new ones but it didn’t help. I contacted iPlay-iLearn and Penny from there company was so sympathetic and apologized for the problem with the pitching machine, that they sent me out a whole brand new unit. This company takes care of there customers and backs there products. I wish all companies were like you guys. Thank you so much Penney for your fast action and assertiveness in taking care of our problem.

I like that the baseball pitcher machine is easy to set up, I think the color of the machine is a neutral colors. The size honestly works for all ages, to give an example of my kids ages are 10 year old, 5 year old & 3 year old. What I really love about this baseball pitcher is that it gets my kids off of my phones and TV and out of the house to spend some good fun family time together. I am very pleased with my purchase. I think it worth every penny that I spent on it and I like to say the price was reasonable.What I thought was amazing is that the company took time to reach out to me on Amazon to message me to ask if I was happy with my purchase. It made my day that they actually took time out to message me. You don’t see many companies reach out to each customer to ask if they’re happy with their purchase.

Ok, let me start off with this - this is awesome. I think this is an incredible toy/tool for budding baseball players. There are a few shortcoming, and I would almost give it 5 stars, but because of the minor cons, I can't - and that's ok, it is still super cool.Pros - it launches the ball quite well, approximately 20 feet in the air, on a fairly straight trajectory if you want. It is not too fast, or too slow, so it is better than soft toss and good for timing pitches. Awesome. This can also be used as grounder practice if you angle it towards the ground on cement. If you do it on grass, it doesn't go very far, but we used it on concrete and it is great. The included baseballs are durable and show minimal wear. The bat as a remote is great because you can get the next pitch when you are ready, and an indicator light is awesome.Cons - The bat is useless to hit with. It is a great remote, and that is it. It collapses very easily, no matter the strength that you put into extending it. Honestly, looking at the bat I didn't expect much and we have other bats so it is not a big deal. I also wanted to be able to control it for my children when batting so to use it only as a remote is not a big deal. The racket is meh. Lastly, the pitching mechanism sometimes does not feed correctly because it appears the bottom of the valley before the pitching mechanism is too low, so you have to turn it off for a minute, push out "jam" (this is where the racket is actually useful - lol) and then can turn it back on and use. I would say this happens on average every few full feeds, but it is an easy fix, and I just use this as the time when we need to restock the feeder and was prepared for it from other review. It is still a flaw, but not a big deal.Things I wish - that there were more baseballs. It would be great if it had a capacity of 10 or so. I would have gladly paid a little more for this capacity and is a good value as it currently sits, but having 10 vs 6 would be waaaaay better.Overall, it is awesome, and I am glad that I bought it. For a relatively inexpensive baseball tool it is great. Is it perfect? No, but it almost seems like a must have for a young baseball player due to its versatility and effectiveness. Makes learning baseball fun!

Great product for a 5 yr old. Works just as mentioned. Pretty high tech with the ability to control the pitch on the bat as well as the pitching machine. Everyone loved it from 3 yr old up to adults. OnlyComplaint is that it takes 4D batteries and 5 AAA’s. Don’t know how long they will last either. It was a present for a grandson.

I got it broken. My son didn’t like it so now they did have to be two partners. My son doesn’t like it. The quality is so bad. It’s the worst $60 for a broken baseball practice kit I don’t care if my son doesn’t like it then I don’t like it

Very surprised as used it only 3 times. Grandkids loved it! Now the unit is not working; not feeding the balls via Auto or Bat. Replaced the batteries twice but the ball drop unit is not feeding. Was a nice unit, but now not working.

Edited - the seller went out of their way to make this right. I would you from this seller again.+It was fun but didn’t last very long. After a few uses it more or less fell apart.
