We're using these in our greenhouse on 4'x12' tables. It has simplified everything in the course of germinating seeds. They fit across the tables perfectly - heat evenly and consistently, maintaining the temperature settings. We are getting about 95% germination. Our plant sales each May [401c(3)] have proven to be very good fund raisers now for over 30 years. Last year (2024) was our biggest success ever and we're looking forward to yet another successful sale this year. I would highly recommend this product for anyone serious about gardening and starting things from seed. You won't be disappointed in them.

This mat works very well. I have one minor problem with it. My cats have found it and have decided that they should lay on it cause its nice and warm (I have a towel on top of it). I guess they dont mind sleeping with seedlings...

I have purchased it as a heating pad for a 3D printer that I use in my garage. Having 45 W power, the pad heats in minutes and keeps the temperature around 30 °C, good enough to pre-warm the printer and resins in advance.The included thermometer had a discharged battery. Thanks Amazon, I had a spare LR44 battery, replaced it, and the thermometer works.

It keeps my Seedling Boxes cozy and warm in the 2x4 Grow tent until they Root well and are ready for transplanting. It also helps the New Seeds Germinate faster. The Mat is waterproof, so spills don't matter, and it's easy to just wipe off any soil spillage. However, it does get fairly warm, so you might want to raise some Plants above direct contact by adding some cardboard or a bolster to protect them from overheating the growing medium...

Garbage. Purchased 6 and 3 of them do not work. They do not heat at all. Avoid this brand it is total garbage.
