I worked in plastic fabrication for 29 years and this is the precise size and style of needle bottle that we preferred when bonding acrylic(Plexiglass). I bought this for home use and it is like seeing and old friend again.

This works great for controlling the flow. An absolute must have for weld-on. The small need does a great job of giving you tons of control, and the fairly soft plastic requires just the tiniest though of pressure. Really easy to control once you get the hang of it.

I have never used weld-on before and probably never will again. The needle took a quite a bit of pressure to finally get some of the weld-on 16 out. Next to nothing comes out and after a few uses the applicator no longer works. The needle eye is too small to clean...

As a professional model maker using cyanoacrylate glues (CA - super glue), I rely on an applicator bottle like this to add a drop or two of accelerator to the CA in a PRECISE way. This is vastly superior to the alternative spray bottles that flood an area; economically, the spray is terribly wasteful and worse, it exposes one to health concerns with lingering droplets in the air. I encourage any modeler to replace the hobbyist spray bottle with this Weld-On Applicator.

This applicator worked great with the water thin acrylic solvent cement I use to assemble acrylic structures.Do not attempt to store acrylic solvent cement in this applicator bottle as the cap will not prevent the solvent from quickly evaporating. Return unused solvent to its air tight storage can.

This arrived just in the nick of time. I actually bought it to use for applying plexiglass adhesives but ended putting it to use to unclog and prime an ink line in an ink jet printer. Worked great for this purpose too!

Bottle arrived with cracked cap. Leaks too much to be of any use. Looks like I waited too long to return it.Just looked at my other bottle and it's cracked as well. Looking for an alternative if anyone has a suggestion.
