Works great and powerful.. I use all the time, so super easy to use and cleans great. Gets really hot fast, I wish the water tank was a little bit bigger

My first steamer was from big box store. I’ve been hooked on steam cleaning ever since. This little machine packs a mighty punch. It doesn’t lose steam power and my baseboards can’t hide dirt anymore. Makes light work of cleaning what I hate to clean. Blast the doors and baseboards (carefully or it’ll take the paint off) and the dirt just flies away. Then wipe and you’re done! This steamer cleans better than the big box purchase (that has since died). The smaller reservoir doesn’t last as long but you can refill while using. Only gripe is the short power cord and there isn’t a trigger on the handle. You have to turn machine off to stop steam....but it powers right back on. No delay. Instant steam! Love it!

I recently purchased this steam cleaner with high hopes for its performance, and while it does a decent job, I must admit that it falls a bit short in terms of heat output. On the positive side, the steam cleaner is easy to assemble and use, and it effectively tackles light cleaning tasks around the house. I've used it on various surfaces, from kitchen countertops to bathroom tiles, and it does a satisfactory job of removing dirt and grime. However, my main disappointment lies in its temperature. Despite the claims of high heat, the steam doesn't seem to reach the level I expected. While it's sufficient for general cleaning, it struggles with tougher stains and greasy areas. I found myself having to go over certain spots multiple times to achieve the desired results.Overall, this steam cleaner is functional for light cleaning duties, but if you're expecting intense heat for tougher jobs, you may want to explore other options. Despite its limitations, it's still a handy tool to have for everyday cleaning tasks.

Purchased a few months ago and used it on short cleanings a total of 3 times sporadically in these months. I went to use it today and while it initially was working off, it shut off after about 2 minutes of running. The power button seems to be broken and will only turn “on†if I’m manually keeping it pressed it the whole time, which makes it impossible to actually use the machine. I’m very disappointed with the steam cleaner as it should have undoubtedly lasted beyond 3 short uses.

Originally wanted to steam 12 years of wear and tare off my kitchen wood cabinet doors, but for a first test I cleaned up 15 years worth of caked on dirt and grime from my old Hoover industrial vacuum canister and hepa filter container screen. It came out spotless and looking like new! With the extension pipe I got into nooks and crannies I never would have reached with just my hand. Stuff I probably would've ended up scratching the plastic trying to get clean. Took a moment to get going, but nothing to bad. Puts out a good amount of steam for small jobs, had to put the nozzle right up close for the pressure to work on the really caked on areas and went thru it like butter. Hit my finger tips a couple times with the deflected steam, but wasn't hot enough to do any harm. Then again I'm used to working on hot engine/transmission parts with my bare hands. Few seconds doesn't bother ya. Not exactly scalding hot. I used a couple bottles of spring water, as I'm not about to buy distilled. I hear adding a little vinegar helps the process. I'll try that when I tackle the toaster oven tomorrow. I wanted to try this one out for its size, I'm limited to where I can hide the nifty household gadgets. All in all I'd say it's worth every penny. So long as it lasts a while, I'm a happy camper. I've got a whole list of things lined up for this little gem. Tub and tile grout, bathroom sink formica surface, built up black soot on old ceramic propane fire pit logs, built up grime around door knobs, fish tank and equipment, pond, fountain and water fall nick nacks that have been out in the weather for years, the door seal on the old dish washer and if it ain't broke by then.... My 30 year old Zayer's special Grill Master. I like that its very light to hold, but the cord and sprayer hose are plenty long enough to set it down anywhere your cleaning. I've also got some old lawn furniture that has that green algae tint on the legs that this would make short work of. I bet you could steam clean an engine real nice too, without harming any wires or hoses. Has many many applications. Wonder how well it would do on tough carpet stains with the wet/dry vac to suck out the dirt, would make life much easier than having to set up a big carpet steam cleaner just for a small area. I'll be back for an update once I get all these odd jobs taken care of. For now, looks like it's well worth the purchase.

The quality is on the lower end, which is a bit disappointing. It gets the job done, but don’t expect top-notch performance or durability. It’s a decent option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, but there are definitely better steamers out there if you’re willing to spend a bit more.

This is a very cheap quality product, designed horribly and doesn’t work.1. It doesn’t produce high heat steam. The steam that comes out, closest to nozzle reaches at most 90 degrees celsius. Takes about 3 minutes to reach that temperature (seriously!).2. 50% steam and 50% water. No kidding! I should’ve taken the other reviews seriously. When the regulator is at level 0-2, you get mostly steam. Increase it and you start getting more and more water. At level 6, there is minimum 50% water. Sometime for about 20-30 seconds, it just throws pure water.3. Main switch on the device itself doesn’t turn off after 5 minutes of use(when the device gets hot). Probably cheap plastic or something, acts lime a spring and bounces back to on even if you keep pushing it to off position. Doesn’t go back to normal even after it’s cooled down. Had to unplug the wire.4. The plugs are very loose and come off if there is even a little bit of movement.5. Water filling hole is right on top of electric wire connector! This is a fire risk! This is the stupidest design ever! Please don’t buy this. I promise you will return it immediately and would be wasting your valuable time dealing with this.

Be prepared for a shot of water to come out of the unit before it begins to release steam. If you're cleaning something that you don't want to soak best to point it away from what you're cleaning when you start. Heats up fast and holds a decent amount of water before you have to refill it. The top of the handle gets very hot so be careful after you put it down. The biggest negative is the plug or cord. It doesn't fit firmly into the back of the unit and can easily fall out with any sudden movements. The cord could be a bit longer so be prepared to use an extension cord. Haven't tried the brushes but they don't seem like they're made to last as others have stated. Might have given it a higher overall rating if not for the plug.

I bought this to clean mildew and remove old caulking from my shower. It made the cleaning a ton easier than without it. Then I took apart the stinky drain plumbing in my washing machine and used this to soften and remove hard water stains like nothing. My 8 year old (who is admittedly very good with tools etc) was able to handle it no problem. The steam pressure is just ok, but it gets the job done and for the price I'm so happy I have this now... I keep thinking of more things I could use it on!

Received unit as shown. Works reasonably well if you're after a compact, hose style model for small jobs. However, it is yet another Amazon product COMPLETELY DEVOID OF ANY ELECTRICAL OR SAFETY CERTIFICATION. It also has an non-grounded, non-polarized plug. Definitely a use at your own risk item! The adjustment dial started being temperamental on the second use, so I'll probably send it back. Also of note:- there is no trigger. you must turn it on/off to start/stop the steam.- a full tank ofwater lasts roughly 10-15 minutes. Not the claimed hour.- it is definitely not 2500 watts.
