Works great it’s compact the steam gets hot and it comes with some attachments and a couple extra orings . Would recommend absolutely

This is great for spot cleaning a carpet. I also have an attachment for my shopvac to suck up the crud. I knocked off a star because mine was missing a handle, but its small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. 33 oz is the capacity. I filled mine with filtered water to keep the maintenance to a minimum.

It turns on pretty quickly and is generally quiet after the pump primes but that's about all that it was good for in my experience. I got this to disinfect and clean upholstery and fabric and it just doesn't work at all for that purpose. the steam is only hot from the end of the nozzle to about 1-2 inches into the stream and otherwise it absolutely SOAKS everything you spray with it which just leads to wet, moldy fabric. additionally there's no way to stop the flow of steam other than turning off the unit. a clothing steamer works better for my purposes. I'm not sure what this would be good for other than maybe, MAYBE, cleaning hard surfaces at an extremely short distance from the nozzle.

I was taken back by how small this is. Don't get me wrong it's still work the way it is supposed to. I only tried it out for a few minutes and it did heat up quickly which is a big positive. Not sure how often you will need to fill the water back up but I will test that out next weekend. I will update this when I really get into using it more.

You know, I wasn't going to say anything when the accessories started breaking because I figured "you get what you pay for" and this thing is pretty cheap, but when the trigger breaks apart in my hand causing me to get an exceptionally painful steam injury, you better believe I'm going to say something! I can't believe you people have the GALL to sell this trash! I'll be getting in touch with Amazon about this.

I was very apprehensive in buying this item when I saw there were no reviews but decided to go ahead and give it a shot. As far as size it's nice and compact, the power cord is not very long but nothing an extension cord won't fix. The drawback I have is that it takes forever to heat up. It does start spitting out steam after 15 seconds but it is cold I am able to put my hand right in front of it. I would say it takes at least 15 minutes to heat up and even then I do not believe it gets to the 220f that it states and I almost returned it because of this. To get the full effect of the steam you can't really use the wand which is a huge drawback as by the time it makes it to the end of the wand it is not very hot. I decided to keep it instead of returning it hoping that it will get better with use but I doubt it.
