This ironing board is fantastic. I am 50 and have been ironing my clothes since I was 14. This is the nicest board I have ever bought. It is sturdy but not heavy. It is a little wider and a little shorter than the ironing boards I usually use. This makes it easier for me because I usually wear extra-large shirts. It has a nice metal piece at the end of the board to rest your iron when you aren't using it. It seems more substantial than others that I have used. It fits so much easier in my closet and doesn't wake everybody up when I open the board in the morning. The cover is just as good as the nicest cover that I have found on Amazon. I would recommend. Don't spend $150 on a board when this is just as good as the higher priced boards. It is also black which is my color scheme right now. I don't like the grandma looking covers. Would be again.

Great ironing board! I had been shopping for an ironing board for about 6 months. This one has super padded cushioning and it's sturdy too. Not heavy so it's easy to move and store. Take note that it's a bit shorter than the standard board in that the iron rest takes up part of the traditional length of a full length ironing board...at least the ones I have had in the past. Does not interfere with my ironing needs at all. Sound purchase. I would totally recommend this ironing board, particularly at this price point.

Sturdy, attractive, safety with metal surface to place hot iron. Can store in closet by hanging on hooks not included. I does the job!

This ironing board is the perfect size! I finally had to get rid of my full size ironing board after 20 years. I was concerned it may be too small compared to what I was used to, but it’s plenty big enough and takes up less space in the guest room.

The ironing board itself is sturdy and well made--metal mesh instead of the plastic that so many are.BUT it came packaged only in a flimsy plastic wrapping: no box, not even shrink-wrap, just a cellophane-like film. As a result, three of the four rubber caps covering the feet were missing, and I had to go out and buy replacements.
