I bought this to free up space in my laundry room, unfortunately it does not work with my V-shaped ironing board. The U-shaped bars DO NOT hold the ironing board because it does not allow the ironing board to rest in the hooks. There is nothing to hold it securely in place. Good idea, bad execution.

My mom's walls are textured and I was trying to clean her mud room. She stores her ironing board in that room so being able to pull the iron out of where ever she had it was very handy. This was sturdy and easy to use.

Bought this to hold a flair legged ironing board. It did not work whatsoever. Returned.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. It doesn't have to look stylish, just work well. And I am happy to say it was easy to install, stores my ironing supplies well, and came at a price I could afford.
