Love it. I use it to cook steak, chops and chicken. It's best used with Thai charcoal, but you need a portable gas stove to get those bricks hot in a chimney before you transfer them to the hibachi. I have a a friend who is a a chef in a Thai restaurant. He keeps me in supply of satay sauce, so skewered chicken with satay dipping sauce is always on the menu. Fast and easy.

très, très bien. Pour trois personnes juste, ce qu'il faut! Si plus nombreux 4/5 ! très juste. Sinon pratique et sympa! Pour ma part, je mets quelque une feuille journal + 6/7 brindilles de bois ou un cube allume feu. pour faire démarrer le feu! Ensuite, avant d'allumer feu j'ajoute le charbon de bois au-dessus. La première fois j'avais essayé, feuille journal et charbon, mais avais du mal à démarrer le feu! Le deuxième allumage, avec brindille parfait. Ainsi que les autres fois. je ne regrette pas mon achat!
