i was on my way home from work first time using it after fully charging it in the middle of riding it it just stopped and the battery showed no sighn of life when cliking the pwer button the i get home after getting piced up and i plugged it in but it said it was fully charged still and it worked while on charger so something happend on the inside i guess but overall while riding it n the beggining it ran smoothly it just broke is the issue.

I am a 60 year old and I bought this product for exercise and fun. I must have missed the battery review during my research because I believed the hype about 12 mile battery life. I bought the product with the extra battery (which took an extra few days to receive) and found during my 150 miles so far, that I only get 8.5 to 8.6 miles out of each battery. This is very disappointing. I’ve tried charging when my board will not go over 14 miles and hour and I’ve also tried running the battery completely out wear I had to carry it home. No matter what I try I can’t get any more mileage out of them. And when the temperature is around 55, I’m lucky to get 6 miles out of each battery. My typical run is mostly flat and I only weigh 185 with my pack. The board is awesome and everything else about the board is sweet but the false advertising about the mileage is not what I expected from an Amazon product. Again, very disappointing.

From commuting to work to hitting the grocery store I bring this longboard everywhere. The company always has amazing customer service if I ever need anything. I would recommend this longboard for anyone wanting to have a fun new way to get around your city. It is very fast and the battery lasts a long time. Very durable as well.

I am a college student on a fairly large campus, and having this board has been a life saver turning a 15-20 minute walk into a 5 minute ride. The support team is also very helpful. I broke my remote after dropping a few too many times while hard stopping for people in front of me, and they were very quick and easy to work with in getting the remote replaced. I highly recommend this longboard for fun and/or short commutes.

I got this longboard a little less than a year ago on a different account, so excuse the non-verified purchase, but I just had to review this board. I got this board as my first electric longboard, but before that, I had been boarding for about 6 years. I have ridden this board through snow, rain, slush, rocks, dirt, sand, mud, grass, unfinished roads, and soooo much more for hundreds and hundreds of miles, and this board is still flying by on the streets. I cannot express with words how absolutely astounding this board is. I live in Idaho, and for those who know what it's like, you'd get it. We get all kinds of weather all times of the year. I am so impressed I'll be buying another in a few days. It goes 30 mph and the LEDs are nice and vibrant. Controls are easy and convenient. The only kind of effect the riding has done on my board is that the button to turn it on doesn't work, so I have to twist the wheel to turn it on, and the LEDs stopped working a few days ago. If you're thinking of getting this as a first electric board, I say go for it 100%. You will fall a few times, but once you get a hang of it, it's so fun. It's a great conversation starter and looks impressive too.
