These are great to work with and much easier than metal. As long as you understand the differences you should have no issues. They work very much like the tabs in plastic electric boxes.

I bought these to use when wiring my Ensenior LED flush mount puck lights…they wouldn’t fit into the knockouts…I trimmed them and they worked after cutting the tabs a bit…otherwise worked fine

I didn't need 200 of these for my project so this was perfect. I was able to get my puck lights installed easily and they worked great.

Where were these 20 years ago? Easy to pop in a hole and provide adequate strain relief for where I was using them (small LED ballast/power supply). Much handier than using standard ROMEX connectors.
