This is a direct replacement of my old RO dispenser. The old version had a second tube extending down to provide an air gap. This eventually developed a leaked. This version does not have that and has worked flawlessly so far. You can press down for dispensing while holding down or pull up on the lever for continuous dispensing. They provide 2 different quick connect for 2 different sizes depending on your RO system. The hardest part of replacing is getting the old one out. The old version used a nut you have to loosen. The new version has a hand turned locking screw.

I’m not a plumber, but I’m not afraid to try new things. If it needs repaired I’m the only one here to do it. I’m 78 years young and I put this in all by myself. Instruction were very well written. It took me less than an hour to remove old one and install your beautiful faucet. Thank you

We ordered this faucet, installed it, and it worked great for over a year. However, we did have an issue after 16 months. The black lever would not remain upright and water only dribbled out. My husband contacted iSpring and explained the problem. We gave them proof of purchase and they are sending another faucet out. Everyone we spoke to was very gracious and willing to solve the problem. Michele handled most of the communications and was lovely to deal with. It is great to find a company that is willing to stand behind their product.

We cannot believe how such a reasonably priced faucet works so well for our filtered water needs. Easy installation and a very strong water flow. Fits nicely with our other countertop fixtures. If you ever have a question for customer service, ask for John.

Installed product correctly & the O Ring does not seal properly, water poured from the unit. I had to fabricate the product & use a sealant that I had from home to make it work: a huge mess & headache! Design flaw! Terrible!
