These seals are easy to install as most of this nature. They seem to be a quality product that didn’t tear as I tightened the canister. I will be keeping them on hand in case more of the seals that came with the filter system gets pinched or becomes brittle. Peace of mind is worth the price of these seals.

It worked as necessary to stop the water leaking out. However, the o-ring is different than the ones that came with the filter housing. The stock ones look shiny(maybe more plastic), whereas the new ones look higher quality (rubber texture) and feel better. I'm unsure if there was a difference in manufacturing or sourcing of materials from a few years ago till now. But, the product works well.

My ISpring was leaking and apparently the O-Rings were bad. I contacted customer service and Nick was quick to review the issue and send out new O-Rings. Unfortunately, the O-Rings were not the issue and I had to contact Nick again. After going over some trouble shooting, Nick determined the head unit appeared to be the problem and a new one was sent out immediately. It worked and the unit is up and running perfectly.Great Customer Service and Nick deserves kudos.

When I decided to buy a replacement set of 3 20" filters I would think they come with new o-rings but they don't. I just wanted to make sure. that since I was removing the filters and if the O-ring got damaged in the process then I would need to shut off my water and find a new O-ring. Just precautionary on my part. These are also priced quite high for a piece of rubber or silicone. Didn't need them but will keep them.

These are not as wide as the o rings I was able to get in the past. A lot of leaking now. You are forced to use the old o rings and hope they don't go bad. I emailed ispring about the problem with no response. I'm very happy with water filter itself. A simple o ring should not be a problem.

Installed my system 3 years ago. The instructions are to replace the o-rings every time a filter is replaced, but that's unnecessary. They will work much longer than that. But each time I replaced a filter, it was harder to get the o-rings back in place, and I figured after 3 years I had certainly gotten my money's worth out of the originals. These worked just fine.

For my cottage which draws on lake water, I bought the WGB21B 2-stage whole home filter and a spin-down sediment pre-filter (stainless steel) for large solids. This system does a great job filtering algae and particles in the water, keeps my fixtures clean, and reduces the fishy smell of heated water. Thanks very much to Nick at iSpring support for helping me out with the O-rings!

I replace these on my last filter change and they were a direct fit, so far no leaks.

These o-rings are way too thin for the whole house blue housing.
