I might be returning this product. It's not as constricting as a full hared collar, but it's NOT comfortable. The insides are very rigid and not padded (some padding would have helped). I have a normal size 18" neck and the large is small. The velcro closure almost does not reach. If they had placed a little padding to the inside (like the padding on the chin) and added about 2" to the strap, this would have been a great collar. It's a shame that they did not think of this during the manufacturing process. II would NOT recommend. Only treason I still have it is because I'm going to give it another try for one day and I really don't want to go back to the full hard collar.

I was hoping for a collar that could be worn while sleeping, but despite the picture, it offers very little padding and cuts painfully into both sides of your neck if you attempt to relax. Additionally, the whole thing is held together with velcro that has an obviously limited lifespan.Works well enough as a corrective, but since you're already here, you might as well buy something a little more substantive.

I would rate this product most uncomfortable. There’s no cushion or comfort after wearing it, instead it hurts the neck even bad. And moreover is not even accepting returns. It’s a total money waste product.

Nice quality. Just doesn’t seem to fit me.. hasn’t been worn but I won’t be able to return until I get released in 14-16 days. Wi i’m sorry pretty good is pretty good for being processed. Can I return it then?

I requested a refund because wearing the collar made me sick and was very uncomfortable. Rubbed my chin raw.

Very rigid, does not and since it does not conform or have a way to adjust to it your neck, it does not stabilize the neck. I am not sure what it could be used for but Would not recommend for someone looking for stabilization of their neck and head.
