I wish we had 2 of these so I don't have to move it when we switch carseats! We were looking for something for our 8mo to play with in the carseat. I honestly thought the bottom plastic pieces were teething rings. They are made to clang together, but still, he loves grabbing them and jingling it around. Plus its really soft. The quality is nice and stays velcro'd to the top carseat handle.

Really cute! Doesn’t work for the stroller but if you have one of those rocker bouncers that it can strap too it’s awesome.
