Popped on here to look at washing instructions (cut off my tag), and noticed some reviews seemed unfair. We just got back from Disney World, and I wore my 11 month old in this every time he couldn’t be in stroller (which at Disney, is a lot: lines, etc.), or when he fell asleep on me. And it was PERFECT, exactly what I was looking for. It’s designed to relieve the weight of the baby, and redistribute it across the body. It is NOT designed to secure the baby for you, so it’s unfair to compare it to carriers designed for that. What this means is, if you’re wearing it correctly it doesn’t hurt your arms, or anywhere else, to hold that heavy baby/toddler. You’ll use one hand to keep them secure in case they try to fling themselves, but you don’t have to use any strength to do this, and it’s where your arm falls naturally around baby anyway. It’s basically a device that allows you to carry your baby in the positions you naturally would, but take the weight away. This was huge for me because the feeling of wrap carriers, and the pain that the types that sit on tops of shoulders gave, was so much worse for me than arm pain from carrying. But, this allowed me to carry him how I naturally would, without pain at all. I especially love the mesh on the shoulder, so that the strap wraps around the whole shoulder, rather than digging into the muscle on top.Another huge pro for Disney was how compact it is! And, when I wanted it to pack even flatter, I folded it up into a big ziploc and pushed the air out. It’s also SUPER easy to throw on quickly, not like those types that have to be adjusted everywhere for each carry. This thing is perfect for someone like me, who wants to just carry naturally, but could use the relief from the little one’s weight. Or, who, like me as well, finds other carriers extremely uncomfortable or painful, and doesn’t like how those normally sit on the top of shoulders.Wish I had found this with my other kids!

Terrible, awful design! Baby slipped right out of the bottom part. If I hadn’t have had my hand on him, he would have fell to the ground. Extremely dangerous.

Concept is good but the ease of use is a bit cumbersome. Have to make sure it's facing the correct way to use. Wasn't near as compact as I hoped nor interchangeable. The shoulder pad if it was a bit larger to go over the should would have been great. It kept shifting and was putting a strain on the neck when holding my toddler.

I was so excited to get this and use it cuz my baby is way tooo heavy to be carrying around the house and while out, the bottom seat part is waaay too short and she slipped out a few times while i was walking soo glad i didnt feel safe not holding onto her back or she would have been on the floor. Will be returning and trying a different brand because i loove the thought of being able to be hands free while carrying her.

This carrier is flimsy. I needed something to hold him so I could have a free hand but this is not it ! It’s just not sturdy enough to trust it. You get what you pay for
