i have used all of the tools several times; mostly used as a walking stick. very sturdygreat for personal protection if you are familiar with a bo; pretty heavy for a bo but gets the message across very effectively

I bought this back in 2021. To carry on off road adventures. Frequently I explore areas that have zero Cellphone service and very limited rescue options. If you get Jacked up you damm well better be able to self recover or you're screwed because no one will find you for months.This is a very useful tool. I have used it to clear blocked trails. Dig fire pits. Dig out stuck UTVs & make overnight campsites.The tool is very useful and built to last. Being compact it takes up very little space.This is one of those tools you rarely use but when you need it you're damm glad you have it.My one caveat is I wish there were options to expand its capabilities. Such as a knife or saw attachments.But overall 5 stars.

Just got mine, and I can confirm that this is a heavy-duty high-quality tool system. Bonus features:1) The male threaded ends work perfectly with 1" female plumbing fixtures. This allows you to build custom attachments, and to screw on a Schrade SCHF1 knife to make a spear.2) Either of the pointy/edged internal attachments (i.e. ice axe and knife/saw) can be stored with the business end out, and the final cane-tip section will still fit over the attachment. So to expose the pointy/edged attachment, you only have to unscrew the cane tip.3) The ice axe is good for stabbing into soil, making the staff become a stable monopod if you have a way (see below) to attach your smartphone.Complaints:* Female threads inexplicably don't work with 1" male plumbing fixtures* The compass is the cheap kind that needs a LOT of shaking to coax it into finding North* The walking-stick traction tip is not removable, and so it monopolizes a handle section* The knife would make a decent little spear without the can opener at the tip. So I excavated the plastic part of the pointless whistle and epoxied in the shank of an ice pick, for fending off belligerent quadrupeds and bipeds.I suggest the designers add a T handle attachment. I will be attaching a T handle built from copper plumbing fixtures. One side will be fixed, suitable as a climbing/rescue/lifting hook. The other side will rotate, with a magnetic mount for a phone, mirror, or flashlight.

Quality of welds and hardness of carbon steel is excellent with solid adjustments of shovel head to different angles. A medium duty no frills survival tool/weapon perfect to keep in vehicle for digging out but would not use it for heavy duty worksites, aluminum has its limits! Great design allowing endless attachment combinations for handles and tools, great whistle, flint works, useful knife, fair compass as expected. Ice pick is cool making a very solid tent peg attachment or can insert a half inch drill rod then grind to chosen shapes. Company brags about good service, great product for price.

I originally bought this as a present for a friend. Being impressed by the overall heavy-duty quality I needed to have one for myself. It's a great design allowing for endless attachment combinations that packs down compact into a sturdy molle bag. I'm happy to have it for peace of mind on my weekend adventures. I would highly recommend.One thing to note is the safety hammer comes screwed into the compass. I initially thought I was missing the hammer, but after connecting with customer service figured out it was indeed within the kit.

The product surpassed my expectations. It is very sturdy and well made. It is made from strong high carbon steel (the axe, pickaxe and shovel) and all the parts are welded making it very strong. Much better than any of the others on the market. The aluminum tubes are lightweight yet very strong and the all the products are well balanced. All parts fit neatly into the carry case which can be carried over the shoulder or in hand. Good for any applicable use within reason.

Well-machined, sturdy survival multitool. Ruggedized extension bars provide excellent grip throughout the handle, although they tend to scratch each other when storing them in the bag without the bubble wrap. The bars fit snugly together and don't come loose on their own once assembled. All the provided internal tools fit nicely inside the extension bars, and fasten securely into the inner threading. The included molle bag provides convenient and compact storage for all the parts, and is part of the reason I chose this model. The bag holds up and seems to be well-made. Haven't given it a field test yet; will report back in a few weeks to assess how the tools hold up (especially the powdery finish).All in all, seems to a high-quality option for a survival multitool. Rather expensive compared to other comparable options in the category, but was the only product I found that included full-size trekking pole attachments.The only reason I've rated it four stars overall is the lack of the safety hammer attachment in my kit. I am contacting support in hopes they'll replace the missing tool. Will update this post after I've heard back from the company.

Great product, not as strong as garden instruments but strong.At 6'5" I had to buy two extensions to use as a walking stick. Plenty of room to add extra survival gear tape rope etc. Ice pick would definitely deter wild creatures as well as keep your footing on ice.
