As advertised. Good tools but have there limitations do to strength. They have to be hardened to “bite” into the screw but that also means they are brittle. I had one break already, but really not the fault of the tool. I needed to use heat and a bigger center hole.

3 stars, it lost 2 because:1. Star: it bent (after heating with a torch) the bit bent, but a stuck brake bleeder screw did not.2. Star: the square end appears 13/64 I dis not have a 13/64 square tool, socket? To attach and 2 different vice grips spun on the end before a stuck, heated, bleeder screw did.Remove a broken bleeder screw, project failed......

There are low quality options for these, but these seem to be higher quality for a reasonable price. Worked pulling headbolts on a gm 4.2l motor.

They worked on my engine cover bolts that had been so rusted and stripped down that I needed to replace so I could change my oil. Lost one star because the recommended drill bit sizes seem to be off.The instructions recommend a 1/4 bit for the #4 extractor but after drilling the extractor bit wouldn’t catch - the hole was too big. I had to make the hole slightly larger with another bit and move up to the #5 extractor bit / use an adjustable wrench to remove and it caught the edges perfectly and came out with ease. They really seem to work well but the drill bit sizing may confused people who haven’t worked with this sort of set before.

It got the job done easily in just a few minutes. I use it on PVC pipe (1 inch). #8 is perfect for 1 inch pipe.

Well, I tried to remove a stuck screw holding the license plate on my car. All the bit did was wear down the screw head. It didn't catch on and of course it didn't extract the screw. I had to remove the plate holder entirely and cut it into pieces to remove the license plate.
